Based in the Melbourne CBD, you’ll join a collaborative finance team that values critical thinking, flexibility, and teamwork.
The Role
This is a hands-on, financial accounting and analytical role, business partnering with multiple site leaders. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a multi-entity environment and enjoys understanding the drivers behind the numbers.
You’ll work closely with varied stakeholders across finance and operations.
Your days will include, but not limited to:
You’re either an experienced Site Accountant or a Financial/Management Accountant with around 5+ years’ experience, ready to take that next step. You’re analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.
You’ll also bring:
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or complex multi-entity organisation
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• The ability to interpret data, tell the story behind the numbers, and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)

- Managing the end-to-end month-end process, including:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit & loss reviews
- Month-end journals
- Variance analysis
- Cash flow reporting
- Fixed Asset reporting
- Preparing monthly management reports and analysis across multiple entities and sites
- Partnering with business leaders to support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Conducting variance analysis and providing commentary to highlight key business trends
