With an ever-expanding footprint, to support their growth, they are in the market to appoint experienced hands-on Senior Supply Chain Analyst to their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management. This role focuses on data-driven decision making, cost control, and risk mitigation, particularly in managing overseas suppliers and complex international supply networks.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
To be considered for this role, while not a prerequisite, it is hoped that you will bring relevant tertiary education in your field. However, what is expected is that you will have worked extensively in a supply chain or procurement role utilising an integrated MRP system within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You will have managed international suppliers and have a proven track record in supply chain optimisation and cost reduction. Other skills should include.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management. This role focuses on data-driven decision making, cost control, and risk mitigation, particularly in managing overseas suppliers and complex international supply networks.
Key specifics of the role include (but not limited to).
- Analyse demand, supply, and inventory data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain forecasting models to improve planning accuracy
- Monitor key metrics (OTIF, inventory turns, lead times, forecast accuracy) and drive corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Manage performance of overseas suppliers across cost, quality, and delivery
- Identify and mitigate supply risks
- Support supplier negotiations with data-backed insights and develop supplier scorecards
- Optimise inventory levels across multiple locations without compromising service levels
- Align supply planning with production schedules and demand forecasts
- Reduce excess and obsolete stock through structured analysis and action plan
- Analyse freight, warehousing and improve inbound logistics efficiency
- Act as a key link between local operations and overseas suppliers

- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems
- Deep knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and logistics
- Commercial acumen with the ability to influence supplier negotiations

- Strong stakeholder management without relying on authority
