We are looking for an experienced Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to join a leading consumer products organisation. Reporting to the Head of Retail and Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and delivering trade marketing campaigns across retail and commercial channels, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, retailers and external partners. This is a hands-on role combining trade marketing, promotional planning, retail execution and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly promotional planning and campaign execution.
- Manage promotional calendars, retail activations and product launches.
- Coordinate POS, displays, digital content and retail media activity.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and retail partners.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets and campaign timelines.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI and commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve promotional effectiveness and customer conversion.
- Support continuous improvement of Trade Marketing processes and ways of working.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the Trade Marketing team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven Trade Marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer products or retail.
- Experience managing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis.
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with retailers, agencies and external suppliers.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Experience managing budgets and promotional expenditure.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders across the business.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline is preferred.
