A well-established service-based organisation in Melbourne’s South East is seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing workflows, and keeping a fast-moving environment running smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations by ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently and customer jobs are managed seamlessly. We are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately!
Key responsibilities:
• Scheduling, allocating and coordinating technicians’ daily workloads
• Managing job bookings, schedule changes and urgent requests
• Preparing and issuing quotes for service jobs
• Liaising with customers via phone and email regarding bookings and updates
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation within the system
• Supporting the wider team with general administration as required
About You:
• Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or administration
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with job management systems (AroFlo exposure advantageous, not essential)
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
