The Role
 
As the Social Media Specialist & Content Creator you will manage and grow women’s social media channels through engaging, trend-focused content creation. Bringing the brand to life you will grow the company’s social presence, with a strong focus on storytelling, and performance-driven campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Manage social media calendars and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content
  • Plan and optimise paid social and EDM campaigns
  • Monitor performance insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Engage with online communities and customer enquiries
  • Build influencer partnerships and collaborate with creatives
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and current trends
 
 
The Person
 
Creative and fashion-focused content creator with a strong understanding of social trends and engaging content. Organised, proactive, and confident working in fast-paced environments, with a willingness to experiment, take initiative, and think outside the box. With a sharp eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling you will work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
Several years’ experience required in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (fashion or retail preferred). You will have strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including trends, formats, and algorithms and have confidence shooting, editing, and appearing in video content.
 
You will have strong copywriting skills, experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager, experience creating EDMs using DotDigital or similar platforms. Also familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Iconosquare) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or Figma. As well as experience with content scheduling platforms (such as Sked).
