The Role
You will play a key role in managing 3PL relationships, transport bookings, stock reconciliations, and export documentation while supporting smooth warehouse operations and customer service delivery.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate stock movements, returns, and export documentation
• Ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Organise and reconcile pallet movement (Chep and Loscam)
• Maintain and reconcile stock records, export logs, and driver registers
• Invoicing, order tracking, and customer updates
• Support transport bookings for inbound raw materials and outbound customer deliveries

Skills and Experience
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, self-managed approach and team-first mindset
• Understanding of export documentation and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge desirable)
