Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations:
- Manage demand planning and forecasting activities
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Oversee inventory levels and raw material coverage
- Produce regular reports to support supply chain performance
- Engage directly with customers to understand demand requirements
- Translate forecasts into actionable supply plans
- Gain customer alignment and approval on supply requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and experience
- Place orders with manufacturing plants and manage order flow
- Track shipments end-to-end to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Monitor both international and local logistics activities
- Strengthen alignment between supply chain and manufacturing plants
- Ensure accurate raw material coverage based on forecasts
- Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:
- Experience across supply chain, procurement, or logistics
- Exposure to demand planning and forecasting processes
- Experience with importing and international logistics
- Understanding of freight forwarding and supply chain documentation
- Ability to interpret customer demand and translate it into supply requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
