The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a contract through to December 2026, with potential for extension.
This role will support a high-volume recruitment campaign within a fast-paced, operational environment, primarily focused on blue-collar workforce hiring. Reporting to the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, while maintaining a high standard of candidate care and stakeholder engagement.

The Opportunity

This role will support a high-volume recruitment campaign within a fast-paced, operational environment, primarily focused on blue-collar workforce hiring. Reporting to the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, while maintaining a high standard of candidate care and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume roles (approximately 50+ positions)
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, including attending interviews with shift managers
- Liaise with labour hire agencies to support workforce requirements
- Coordinate reference checks, and pre-employment medicals
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including Day 1 inductions and site tours
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including IT setup and initial stakeholder meetings
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates
- Provide regular recruitment updates, including weekly reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support general recruitment administration and ensure processes are followed consistently
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordinator role - experience from a recruitment agency background will also be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally within blue-collar or industrial environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Long-term contract through to December 2026, with potential for extension
