Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven ability to identify and develop local and international business opportunities. Your focus will be on building partnerships across government, research, academia, and industry to expand their environmental monitoring business unit globally.

This role requires energy, initiative, and a proactive approach — someone who can work autonomously yet collaborate effectively across international teams.

On the job training relating to suite of products and services will be provided.

The position may involve interstate and international travel as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven business development experience, ideally in an international context
• Background in medical devices, technology, science, or a related field
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering, or related discipline desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 365)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willingness to obtain a national police check
