About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and optimising transport administration functions nationally. You will oversee invoicing, reconciliation, system integrity, customer and driver setup, and compliance—ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong commercial outcomes.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance and Systems teams to streamline processes, protect margins and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop national transport administration teams
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, standards and best practices
  • Oversee invoicing accuracy, POD management and run sheet processing
  • Manage bank and system (FMS) reconciliations, including controls and audits
  • Investigate variances and resolve billing, pay and margin issues
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and KPI visibility
  • Own customer and driver setup, including pricing and charge rules
  • Identify revenue leakage and support margin protection initiatives
  • Partner with Operations to align workflows and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with COR, fatigue and regulatory requirements
  • Manage suppliers, systems and cost control initiatives
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across admin functions
About You
  • Proven experience in transport/logistics administration leadership
  • Strong invoicing, reconciliation and systems experience (FMS preferred)
  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Passion for process improvement and automation
