ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a well-versed Warehouse 2IC that is responsible for streamlining warehouse processes and completing deliveries using a MR vehicle through metro Melbourne. Working closely with the experienced Warehouse Manager, there are career progression and development opportunities for a motivated and self sufficient candidate.
DUTIES
• Operate medium rigid vehicles to complete deliveries through metro Melbourne.
• Perform forklift operations, load, unload, pack, and unpack materials
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant warehouse conditions
• Pick pallets and split orders accurately using internal systems
• Receive, record, and allocate stock efficiently
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experienced with Forklift operations and holds an LF Forklift License (essential)
• Experienced with operating medium or light rigid vehicles and delivery driving (MR Vehicle License essential)
• A number of years of warehouse experience and exposure
• Skilled in WMS, RF scanning, and electronic warehousing systems (Cargowise preferred)
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable team player with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
