Role Title: Warehouse Supervisor

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment within an e-commerce and retail organisation
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and very high attention to detail
- Strong ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills – Both written and verbal
- Computer literacy
- Oversee warehouse operations and lead the e-commerce fulfilment team
- Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Managing warehouse transactions using WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinating freight and transport providers
- Supporting production by ensuring materials are available when required
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with annual stocktakes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements
