Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking to secure the services of a suitably experienced Warranty & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the warranty claims for all brands sold through the Dealership while coordinating service and repair bookings and upholding the company values of Quality, Relationships, Innovation & Perseverance. You will play a vital role in communicating and coordinating a range of tasks while maintaining strong relationships with both dealers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

  • Guide customers and dealers to complete the Warranty Claims webform
  • Receive and process warranty claims from customers and dealers
  • Verify warranty coverage and ensure claims meet the terms and conditions
  • Coordinate inspections and document findings
  • Approve or deny claims based on inspection results
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
  • Provide accurate information regarding warranty policies, procedures and outcomes.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
  • Book service and repairs while liaising with the workshop technicians as required
  • Send booking confirmation to customers and supplies as required
  • Confirm pick up of caravan in writing with customer
  • Assist Workshop Technician in communicating and booking third party repairers

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE

To be considered for this role, you will bring.
  • Previous experience in warranty coordination or customer service, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Ability to understand technical information
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Sound computer skills
