Working within a small Warranty team to support the Dealer network and operations team, you will be responsible for processing all claims under the warranty program.

Key responsibilities:
- Assess, process and manage warranty claims Australia-wide
- Conduct high-level screening and validation of claims
- Identify trends, anomalies and claiming patterns
- Support financial reporting, technical analysis and audit processes
- Perform warranty audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Exercise judgement to review and honour previously declined claims
- Facilitate and support annual warranty training programs
- Experience in automotive service, technical or warranty roles
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights/recommendations
