Sitting within the Commercial Operations team, and reporting through to the Finance Manager, this role will focus heavily on building, maintaining and optimising rosters to support service delivery across multiple programs. You will work closely with operational leaders, Payroll and site-based teams to ensure rosters are compliant, cost-effective and aligned to workforce requirements.

  • Assist in managing a casual workforce across multiple locations and changing operational requirements

What we're looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience building rosters from scratch within complex service-based environments
  • Previous rostering experience within disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or other fast-paced operational environments will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of EBAs, awards and workforce compliance requirements

What's on offer:
  • Initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension
  • Hybrid working arrangement (only 1 day in the office and 4 days from home) free onsite parking
  • Opportunity to join a values-driven organisation making a genuine community impact
  • Supportive and collaborative leadership team
  • High-impact role where you can contribute to operational improvement and workforce optimisation initiatives
