Daryl Smith is a Principal Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, leadership, and operations. Specialising in Technical and Operational roles, Daryl has a proven track record of delivering tailored recruitment solutions across Work Health, Safety & Environment (WHS&E), Supply Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing, Trades & Services, Business & Operations Management, and Technical Support.

 

Daryl’s passion for WHS&E is underpinned by his current studies towards a Diploma in Work Health and Safety and his deep operational knowledge gained during his service with the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), where he worked in supply chain. This combination of academic, professional, and practical experience allows him to bring credibility and insight when advising both clients and candidates.
