Joni is the ultimate professional, a calm, compassionate person with the desire to problem solve and assist people in general. Before entering the recruitment industry over 6 years ago, Joni spent many years in pharmacy where she built relationships, and provided superior customer service, always with a smile and the ability to make those around her feel listened to and cared for.

Now with 6+ years’ of recruitment experience under her belt, Joni works in the business support team at Veritas and specialises in permanent placements and the account management of some of our key accounts. Joni would say that recruitment has been both the most challenging and yet rewarding time of her career to date. She gets great job satisfaction from meeting our amazing clients and working closely with them to source long lasting employees. She loves to see the people flourish in their new environments.

Joni is originally from South Australia but her heart and taste buds live for Melbourne and she is really proud of the lifestyle that she has here in Melbourne. Joni is often the instigator for our Friday lunch specials in the office, she always knows the best restaurants and cafes to try. Aside from eating her way through the amazing restaurants in Melbourne you will also catch her in her spare time at the beach, hiking, rock climbing and exploring the surrounding regions of Melbourne. We are delighted to have Joni as part of our team at Veritas!
