Leah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with a double major in Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences, and originally worked in the laboratory before making the jump into agency recruitment. Across the last 12 years, Leah has built her career within the Manufacturing Industry – Primarily across the medical device, pharmaceutical, complimentary medicine, personal care and cosmeceutical sectors. Whilst the HealthTech space is a core area of Leah’s work, she also specialises in the food and beverage / FMCG, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Roles that Leah typically recruits for are around engineering and science – Product design and development, formulation / R&D, process development, QA / QC, regulatory affairs, validation, and executive / C-Suite positions.
Leah is passionate about developing and forging strong relationships with her clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Leah is kept very busy with her 2 young daughters Elena and Chloe.
