Luca Neilson recently joined Veritas Essendon Fields in August 2026 as a Talent Resourcer. Luca supports both new and existing candidates seeking their next employment opportunity. Luca works closely with our experienced consultants across divisions to match people with their ideal position. 

Luca has a passion for working with people, bringing a unique blend of expertise in Psychology and Behavioural Studies before joining Veritas in his position as a Talent Resourcer. His passion for understanding people, what drives them, how they think, and how to align candidates with the right roles fuels his commitment to the recruitment process.

His eagerness to learn and grow within the industry allows him to provide insightful support and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Outside of work, Luca plays football in the winter and is an avid Richmond Tigers supporter, who never misses a game.
