Mandi is a career recruiter. After completing her Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, Mandi backpacked overseas for 12 months and then returned to Melbourne where she started her career with LINK Recruitment specialising in Accounting placements. She now has 23 years’ experience and a large established and very much trusted network of clients and candidates in the Accounting space. Over these years Mandi has raised a family whilst working part time, for the most part in a unique and highly successful job share arrangement. For the past nine years, Mandi has worked with Veritas Recruitment, where she is a much-loved member of the team.

To this day, Mandi still specialises in the placement of Accounting staff – Accounts Payable Managers and team, Accounts Receivable Managers and team, Credit Managers and team, Payroll Managers and team, Bookkeepers, Accounts clerks and Assistant Accountants. She also works within the Senior Accounting space.

Mandi’s passion is her family and she is always happy to share a home reno disaster or a crazy family tale. She is passionate about teamwork and ensuring everyone backs each other up. Over the years, many many years of recruitment, Mandi’s candidates have become clients, have become candidates and somewhere along the way become friends that she can laugh with, share stories or listen to.
