Michael has built a career in freight and logistics spanning over 20 years. Starting in 2003, he gained hands-on experience across Import Operations, Cartage, and Customs, developing a strong foundation in the industry.
In 2010, he transitioned into training and recruitment, delivering Certificate III and IV qualifications, mentoring trainees, and supporting the next generation of professionals entering the field. Alongside training, he worked in recruitment, connecting businesses with the right people to meet their needs.
After a brief period away to explore new opportunities, Michael has returned to the industry with a renewed focus. Today, he is dedicated to partnering with clients to source and place high-quality candidates, combining his extensive industry knowledge with his passion for people and development
