Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, Rod initially started his career recruiting in the Senior Finance and Accounting sector for an International Recruiter before he moved across to LINK Recruitment where he soon progressed into a Business Manager position, looking after 2 offices, managing various white collar divisions.

Rod was one of the founding members of Veritas Recruitment. Since commencement, Veritas has grown into a mid-sized white-collar Recruitment and HR Consulting provider across Victoria and NSW. Rod has an extensive network of clients and candidates across several senior white-collar markets. Rod has considerable experience in managing key client relationships where he is renowned for delivering and exceeding expectations with honesty and openness at the core of all dealings.
